Winter is a wonderful time to head to Germantown for a hearty helping of southern comfort food with a European twist. Eiderdown is does it again with their 2012 winter menu from Executive Chef Brian Morgan and Sous Chef Matt Fogarty. I particularly want to dig into the First Things First (and cross elk off my meat list), the Crepes Jean Girard, the A-Game, and the French Kiss smothered in beer cheese.
