But how can I not share it with you guys?! Over the years I have had the pleasure of getting to know America’s CEO (aka Chief Entertaining Officer aka best job ever), Tim Laird. Look he even stops to take a picture with me when I ask nicely:
Which is why I am super stoked that Tim has invited loyal megabites readers to come out to a taping of the next Secrets of Louisville Chefs on Saturday June 9th. Here’s the scoop from Tim:
We will be taping Secrets of Louisville Chefs Live on June 9th at Sullivan University in Kitchen Theater. We will tape two shows beginning at 11:00AM sharp and ending by 1:00PM. After the taping, the audience members have the opportunity to sample items that each chef prepared.
SIDEBAR: YUM! And now for the announcement of the chefs:
There is limited seating as the theater only holds room for 80 guests. Featured chefs on June 9th will be Dallas McGarity of Theater Square Market Place and Nick Sullivan, accomplished chef from 610 Magnolia.
I couldn’t be more excited to join Tim for the next taping and taste that amazing food. Want to join in my giddiness? Just leave me a comment to sign up and don’t forget your email. Seats are usually completely gone for the show so serious inquiries only. You sign up- I better see you!
To get to the Kitchen Theater parking is in the back of Sullivan University past Winston’s and you will want to arrive by 10:30AM. Dress is casual… but just know you will be featured on TV as part of the live audience and foodies like us tend to clean up nicely.
Hope to see you there!

I’d LOVE to join you for a taping of Secrets. Two tickets please.

My wife & I lived in Dallas (where great food is abundant) prior to Louisville. I now argue with my Dallas friends that Louisville has more original & better food/restaurants. That being said, I’d love 2 tickets for Caryn & I.
I’ve got you both on the list!
I would love for my mother and I to be able to come to this! Sounds fun and Delish!
Absolutely Tamatha!
Looking forward to seeing everyone out today!
